BPH  Enhanced Postcode Data - The New Delivery Point File

As we are all too well aware, there has been a substantial program of new property development, from small infill builds to large housing estates although, for reasons we know only too well, this is on the decline. However, identifying these areas can still be extremely important for marketing within certain sectors. At BPH, we have been able to extract from the monthly PAF® updates The NEW DELIVERY POINT File which contains both residential addresses and data relating to organisations.

Obviously, the monthly file will vary in the number of records (figures for Jul 2008 were significantly above average withDecember well below), but over the past 6 months the number of residential records has been averaging in excess of 26,000 each month (a slight decrease which is only to be expected). The total number of records and the number of residential addresses for the past 6 months are as follows:
