It's So Simple......

It is so simple to integrate our postcode data into any application, we are wondering why we need to devote a page to it. Probably because you will want to know about the significant discounts available for multiple site/client copies.

The advantage of integrating BPH datasets is greater flexibility of user defined functionality. "Mix & Match" data items from our standard data products to develop a more specific requirement for your client. For example, add Post Town to the GIS Base Table and you can start to perform "nearest" calculations at various levels.

Multi-Site Discounts

At BPH we recognise that once you have integrated our data into one clients' application, it is a simple matter to replicate the functionality in other systems. So as soon as you integrate the data into the second application we start to give you significant discounts across the additional datasets. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the same terms on the Royal Mail  Licence Fees.

Below is a table of discounts based on the number of data copies resident at client sites. The final column reflects an additional discount offered to integrators who take on the copying, administration and distribution of the postcode data files.

Data Partners

By  supplying pure data, it makes it a lot easier to integrate into third party applications. Invariably, different software companies will have different licence structures in terms of users, breakpoints for discounts etc. By supplying the specific data required for the application and applying a single data fee, BPH make it a simpler and more cost effective solution. We currently have a number of data partners, who integrate varying subsets of the postcode data, and enjoy the flexibility of the BPH datasets within their unique applications.
